Our Story

Michael Lemanski, a native Tennessean from the Great Smoky Mountains, started Top Drawer Cabinetry & More with one thing in mind “Professional Results. Like many small business, Top Drawer Cabinetry & More has humbled beginnings. It was while working for a company that specialized in the installation of cabinets and built-ins that Michael found his interest and love for the trade. After being employed by the company for a few years while living in Florida, he decided to start his own company in 2009 More Than Alot, Inc. Our clients loved the work and the company was off the ground.


From that point, referrals and repeat clients were a big part of their company’s usual customers. In 2019, Michael and his wife, Cristi, welcomed their baby girl into the world and knew Tennessee would be the place they would want to raise her. After much consideration, they made the move to Johnson City in January 2024. They are excited to be here and enjoy getting to know people in the community. Cristi and Michael love having a family business so they have time to be there for all of their daughter’s milestones together, like when she took her first steps in Michael’s wood shop in Florida.
